Project West End: HGTV.ca Feature

When a sweet little project like Project West End gets some love from HGTV.ca it feels like cause to celebrate!

As the article mentions, this project was a true labour of love and gave me the opportunity to bring my best friend’s (of 30+ years) new home to life. The amazing Lauren Miller captured these beautiful photographs.

Living

Having recently purged all of her university-era furniture, we were working with a clean slate. Given that this was a rental apartment in Toronto’s Roncesvalles area and plans to buy were on my client’s horizon, we didn’t want to invest too much into the space that she couldn’t take with her. So instead, our philosophy was to create a neutral backdrop of a palette of greys and work in bold accents through accessories.

The final product is simple but elevated, and the perfect place for our client to call home. Many thanks to HGTV.ca for the feature!
